Which vehicles can I check?

Any motor vehicle registered in the UK, including cars, vans, and motorbikes. This covers the vast majority of vehicles currently on UK roads.

Vehicles that have never been registered in the UK, or that are registered abroad, won't have a UK history to check — though import and plate-change records will still show up if the vehicle was later registered here.
